Flac Music Files, How To Open Them?

Featured Replies

Has anybody had experience with FLAC files? I've downloaded something but can't play it, any suggestions?

I use audacity to open FLAC files and then export them to mp3 format.

flac files are a way of compressing music files without loosing sound quality, unlike mp3.

if you just want to play the files then the programmes mentioned, winamp etc should play them, although you may have to download updates.

if you wish to convert them to mp3 ot wav files, dbpoweramp is a free conversion programme, simple and easy to use.

I hate when people ask questions and get answers. Yet they dont come back and say thanks. But hey. Each to their own.

I'm 100% with you!

But that's human nature: just try to get something/anything/everything and after get what theuy want they go awy!

If you ask someone how the following sentence is spelling right: "Let me work or let my work?" tha answer for many would be: "Let others do the work!"!

Hopefully they have to pay back sometimes for all they was just taking!!

Cheers!
