Phuket Tefl Class - Place To Stay Recommendations?

From what I've read from posts, the Celta in BKK is the way to go for TEFL training.

However, I've already paid my $500 deposit for the TEFL class in Phuket (yes, the Dave one). Being Keeneow that I am, I don't want to spend another $500 to go to the Celta school.

So it's off to phuket I go. Can anyone recommend a hotel/inn/etc that is:

1. Close to the TEFL school.

2. Affordable.

3. Fairly secure (I don't want my laptop stolen)

4. A/C and Hot Shower
