my thai gf just went home after spending 3 months in australia with me on a tourist visa.

what i would like to know is how long do i need to wait till we apply for a new 3mth tourist visa?

does she need to got back to work in thailand for 3mths befor we apply again, or can we just apply again now?

she has no land, perents and a son that rely on her, any other details that would help you with a more informed answer just let me know!

She can re-apply as soon as she has returned....there is no time limit

She may get a 12 month multi entry on the next application rather than a 3 month visa.

Did you say she has parents and a son that rely on her?

her parants work a little bit but they rely on her and her brother and sister,

and yes her son (2yrs) lives with the parents and they need some money to take care of him.

and if the visa is rejected will we have to wait a period of time to apply yet again??

As she has been granted a visa already it is unlikely a second one will be refused unless something happened while she was here or the situation has changed between you. Again there is no time limit on applying even if refused however you would need to address the reasons for a refusal before re-applying.
