Read a brief article in Nation today that the NLA yesterday agreed with the definition of "control management" in the Foreign Business Act and that the government would pass the amended law during its current term... However, there is no details on the agreed definition. Has anyone seen the details?

Ah ah ah. that's the billion THB question.

You might have the beginning of an embryo of an answer. Actually Nation published a second piece.

"Control management will focus on the directive authority of foreign shareholders on important issues."

Okay, I agree it's not totally clear. :o

The FBA 2 saga continues. But the clock is tickening... They don't have much time left to pass this freaking law.
