The problem is, I am a british citizen, have married with the Thai person and have 2 children, I want to obtain british passport for my one month daugther but her dad does not give consent, but due to his irriresponsible and unability to take care of me and the children so i have visited uk embassy to proceed but they said that I need to get the letter to show that i responsible for the child first, but if i havnt required for the british citizen for my child, is it going to be okay to apply for british passport?

Your daughter might automatically be British, but it will depend upon how you yourself are British. Were you born in the U.K., were you born abroad of a British parent, or were you registered/naturalised as British?

Okay sirs, thanks for all the respond, please let me re-question and add some more points of questions here,

1. Will my daughter who born in thailand with me and her Thai dad obtain a british citizen automatically as I born in England? as i am not sure about our British Law, so if you don't mind please clarify again. Thanks a lot!

I presume that you were born in the UK and either one of your parents was British or one had permission to stay indefinitely? If that is so, your daughter will have an automatic qualification for British citizenship and may apply for a passport at the British embassy. It doesn't need the father's permission. You need to complete an application form, pay the fee, provide your "long" UK birth certificate and your daughter's Thai birth certificate plus a translation. If you wish, you can also obtain a UK birth certificate for your daughter.
