hel_l everyone;

I want to do a visa run to vietnam and I have a few questions, Do they offer visa on arrival? or do I have to apply for a visa before I go? whats the deal? (I am a US citizen) also which city do I go to Hanoi? or Ho ching ming? which is the capital? LOL another thing Id like to ask, whats the turn around rate of getting a thai Tourist visa at the thai emabassy in Vietnam? is it next day? or 3 days? and the cost for all this? Also, what would be plan B , going to malaysia to do this or Indonesia? which is easier?
