I have an inquiry about getting a work permit in thailand... is it tru that those who are working and whose age is below 25 years old will not be given a work permit?

if you have a company or a company sponsor ,the relevant non b visa and the 15000baht you can have one ....

What's the 15,000 baht for? Is that just the application cost?
