How far is Central Park 3 to Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach?

Is it easy to get daily transportation to these two places?

It depends on how far off Sukumvit it is. I am not familiar with the place.

However once you have reached Sukumvit there are songtows (white and light blue) going up and down Suk very regularly. Depending on your destination 10B covers Naklua to Tesco at N Pattaya, which covers most of the large shopping outlets. The dark blue Pattaya ones will take you to your choice of destination from Sukumvit into their turf, the fare varies depending on the time of day and the mood of the driver.

You can walk over the raod to Pattaya Klang (about 250m) and get a songthaew straight down to Beach Road from where you can also get a songthaew (or 2) to Jomtien.

It's walking distance to Foodland too (for me anyway)
