Highway - Doi Saket Intersection Is Open!

Featured Replies

Yoohoo!!!

Just went home, and needed to stop for the brandnew red lights on the Kuan Dek (or something) intersection. Was enough time to let pass at least 6 cars during green light.

Dunno if the underpass is open already.

San Dek. :o

(And Khuang Singh is the one on Chotana / Mae Rim road)

LOL.. looks like another foul-up with the traffic light timing...

Ok, Thank you thank you.

Did drink only 1 Amaretto, can you imagine? :o

And what's wrong with the traffic light timing. Thought it was just ok? :D

Drove through Doi Saket 2 days ago. Are you talking about route 118?

Oh sorry, I thought you were being sarcastic in the original post, about 'allowing at least 6 cars' :D .. 6 is not a whole lot yousee.

Should have realized that some people don't do sarcasm. :D

Yep, that's the one, the intersection highway with the 118 with the new court on the corner and near Carrefour and Arcade busstation.

Get the impression it just opened last night.

the underpass was opened yesterday as well. dam_n, now have to wait for green light!

just 4 years of delays. digging the underpasses by hand would have been quicker. the first Siamese 'king' (Kawila) of Chiangmai probably didn't take half as long to build the city walls and moat in 1800.

Glass is half-empty or half-full.

It's open now, and that's what matters! :o

Coming across the intersection this morning was much quicker than yesterday, can't work out what they've done to improve it since yesterday but much better.
