Free Scanner Dust Removal Program

For anyone scanning slides or film without a Digital ICE scanner I just came across this today. Polaroid has a free dust filter that suposedly works better than the one included with Photoshop based on a 3 year old test. I am shipping my old Scan Dual II over and without easy access to dust removal solution here I began looking for a software alternative. The link is here:

I think you're far better off using a blower brush, canned air and spotting rather than using digital ICE.

In my opinion, it removes/tarnishes too many pixels.
