Travel insurance

Featured Replies

I was almost about to embark on my second un-travel insured journey to LOS. The prices were at a level that the gamble of not taking it was for the 'tight wad' that I am not even questionable. Unfortunately, last visit, I had a bad motorcycle accident which cost me around £200 this wasn't so much but I certainly wanted to get insurance this time.

Everyone in the family has given me pressure to get it and all have made suggestions such as, Post office, Egg etc, etc.

I am 35 and just miss the younger traveller age and also I am in Thailand for more than 30 or 45 days (the maximum allowed by most companies).

I was waiting inside Sainsburys and looking at the millions of services leaflets and low and behold, they sell travel insurance. I checked out the website and got a quote for 3 months stay in Thailand £101.50. Surely the cheapest?

Not wishing to advertise JS or anything just trying to help out my fellow travellers.

Try bupa.com. This is blue cross world wide. Good prices, and they are the best.

CHEAPEST IS WHAT I PAID NOTHING.
