I have tried many times to give up smoking but always end up back on it. I found that patches worked the best for me. I even brought some to LOS. But they are no good here as its so hot and you sweat. Thus causing them to come off. The gum tastes like shit. Have nasel spray thing but its not the best for the nose. So does anyone know of a place in Bangkok that does hypnosis to give up smoking? If so, has anyone tried this option? Any advice!

Yes that is a good read. However it suggests that all or most Hypnotherapist are in it for the money. That is a very bold remark particularly if you have not surveyed every Hypnotherapist. I know he did not call me. Much of the same information is on my website, however if I give it here I may get a spam warning. But I think if you try you could figure it out how to find it. Try my name as a Google search. Also this month in Thailand opportunities (March 2005) there is a piece on smoking cessation, and yes I admit they called me to contribute to it. And as long as we are on the topic The big Chilli Magazine has asked me to submit monthly columns. The fact that there are only 6 hypnotherapist in all of Thailand has a lot to do with that I imagine.

Not for long. Half a dozen B747's (full of practitioners) just took-off for BKK.
