Is Kasemrad Good For Laser Freckle Removal?

Featured Replies

I have been quoted 3000-5000 baht per session for freckle removal on face, shoulders and arms by Nd:YAG laser (I think it's also called ruby laser or medlite C6 laser?) at Kasemrad Aesthetics. This seems awfully cheap in comparison to other quotes. Has anyone had experience with laser treatment Kasemrad? Was it good? What did you pay? Does the low cost come with lower quality service or care? Or do they lure you in with a low quote and then hit you with the bill later?

I'm coming over for a 3 week holiday and planning 2 treatments, one at the start and one at the end of holiday. I want to arrange it all before I get there because I wont have time to doctor shop once I arrive. I have lived in Thailand before so know the basic ins and outs.

I'd be interested to hear people's freckle removal / photorejuvenation laser treatments in Thailand at other clinics/hospitals too - particularly; where did you get it done, who was your doctor, were you happy with the result and how much did it cost?

Thanks in advance, Skeet.

Sorry, no, never heard of the place. I do know thast there are many different types of laser and that the costs vary considerably, some being much cheaper than others (I think the Yag is on the cheaper end) and that it takes a doctor with expertise in laser therapy and access to the full range of machines to determine what is bets for an individual patient and provide it.

One risk is that if a clinic has only a limited range of lasers they may treat you with what they have rather than tell you that there are better options and refer you elsewhere.

You might want to try Yanhee, many people report favorable experiences there and they have the full range of types of lasers.
