Strobist Off Camera Lighting

Featured Replies

I've been checking in on David Hobbys lighting website.

Some excellent ideas over there to use off camera lighting to enhance your images.

Below are a few projects I've accomplished using the strobist style.

Get that flash off camera and explore strobist technique to enhance your shots.

This was a busy little alley so I only got to crack off a couple shots.

Could've been better.

Thanks for those photos and the insight into how they were achieved.

Something to occupy the evenings when we do not want to go to the bar,

or the dark winter months, for those who live outside LOS.... :o

"PadThaiGuy"

Thank you very much for your excellent enlightenment into our “Photography and the Arts “forum :o

May one suggest that you post your great photos in this section of the forum as opposed to our sub-forum “Evaluate my Photo” since I Kan not evaluate your photos nor your technique as I do not have a studio or lights.

You have for me, some great photos and you even show us different ways to use lights, which I find “Art Performing” hence your work is what it is “Photography and the Arts”, but more towards “The Arts” than towards “Evaluate my Photo”.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work on this side of our forum.

Yours truly,

Kan Win :D
