50 yards down Soi Arunothai onthe left on a bend is a small Thai metal working place that can do them. They did a mossie screen for a balcony door for me. Came and measured it and fitted it. Took about 5 days start to finish.The price was Ok.

If you dont know it, Soi Arunothai is the road on the crossroads opposite to carreforre on the central road.

you might want a Thai with you as their English is not so good.

Thanks mikethevigoman and bottleymike. You guys have been very helpful. The price you paid sounds ridiculously low, mikethevigoman, so it's probably worth a drive to Sri Ratcha. However, I usually go shopping on the weekend at Carrefour, so if I can get them made in Pattaya that would be preferred. bottleymike, do you remember how much they charged you for a balcony screen door?

We got a hel_l of a deal out of Ban Amphur. 21,500 Baht.

We got 5 standard slider windows- 1 custom( 6' + size) kitchen jealousy-bathroom(small window) & all screens in the deal.

Our contractor screwed up(go figure) & they gave him a price of 15,000 baht for all the windows without screens. The Company made all & the doors but the front slider without screens. At first we told them to get lost about paying extra screens & after they got back to the office they called us the next day & offered the screens for 2000 baht extra. We had them do the front slider for 4500 baht & they thru in the bathroom window for free.All the material is made of vinyl coated aluminum & dark glass(single pane) Your price might be a taste higher since they already made the windows up & didn't want to eat lunch later on the deal.

The company we used were very professional & skilled as well( not cowboy's)

Our frames of all the windows & doors were made by a steel shop & the job was a nightmare for the company as well. no wood & the steel frames were all out of square.
