Seems like this happens every year. Not that it's a bad thing, especially since most kids have so little common sense it's ridiculous. Having grown up in a rather prudish part of the US, there's always spots to sneak away for some little 'loooving', the brightest ones will figure that out.

Being brought up in 'Liberal' Yorkshire, I think it is Draconian to take such measures. Wouldn't it be better to educate people AND if they are going to be making love in these places, supply them with contraception?

Boys, girls, men, women and others (LOL) will always find a way and a place to 'canoodle', it is part of growing up and exploring each other and maybe exploring the surroundings for the best spot.

What I find funny is the crackdown is taking place on Valentine's day. Just a thought, but teens can have sex any day of the year (and will!)

Well, those who came up with the idea probably are people who react to issues rather than anticpate them. Hence, I'm not too terribly surprised that they'd only think of Valentine's day.

**edit**

And to intumult:

I was not condoning what the police are doing. However, for the apparent lack of sex education that there is in Thailand, this may be the next best step.
