I had to rub my eyes to believe it. Traffic lights are already installed by the Heroines monument. Now, how they are going to run it with that big circle in the middle is beyond me, but it sounds interesting.

Just a simple 4 way intersection.

No problems.

Curiosity, how many lanes marked around the monument?

Run it like a normal intersection, green on opposite sides.

Lot simpler than 5 way at Chalong.

If they have been there for the past 2 years, then I am a good driver, 'cause I never look up when I approach that god forsaken circle. This time I had to satop at the 711 and I saw them...
