Pregnancy Advice In Thai

Featured Replies

Hello to all,

My Thai wife and I have recently been given the good news that we are to be parents. Although I have a son of 17 already, this is my wifes first child.

Understandably, she is nervous and confused at all the changes that are happening to her body.

Living in the UK, I have not found any literature in Thai language that can help her with the explanations and advise that all pregnant ladies (and men!) need.

The Thai community here are very supportive but they also come out with a lot of "old wives tales", that muddy the waters.

Can anyone suggest a suitable booklet that may help her understanding?

Thanks in advance.

Congatulations :o There are alot of Thai magazines, books dedicated to pregnancy and babies, don't know about availability in the UK I am sure there are alot of Thai websites out there dealing with pregnancy which your other half could read to help .

B-T-W,can totally relate to the old wives tale advice, it doesn't stop once the baby is born .
