Tourist Visa To Ireland

hello everyone,

i,m just wondering if anyone can help me out about some information on tourist visa,s . In about 4 to 5 months my thai girfreind will apply for a visa to come to ireland, i just wondering what will will need to have to make everything go smooth for us I just back from a long stay in thailand and i,m not working but thats no problem as i will have one in two weeks, . so by the time we aply or a visa i will have 4 to 5 months of money going into my account, as well as that my girlfriend works and by that time she will be in her job 10 months with money going into her account . I also will have a place for us to stay and the standard things like records of phone calls and emails and flights i have taken to thailand for the past 2 years, things like that. also her company said if she go,s to ireland they will gie her a letter to say when she returns her job will be waiting for her to. IF anyone can thing of anything that i might have left out please let me know. and one thing if my girlfriend does get lets say a 3 month visa could if she wanted after the there months maybe apply for work in ireland and does she have to go back home. well thank you .
