Hi all,

I am preparing my wifes FLR/M application and have gone through all our paper work and although we have a pile differant documents, posted to to myself and wife seperately. I have come across one from the HM Revenue & Customs addressed to the wife headed Your Tax credits claim. I did look into wheter I could apply for it, however as the wife has no recourse to public funds the claim was scrapped. Should I submit this document?? Also should I submit 12 or so receipts from western union for monies sent to her family, spreading the 2 years since her being here? They have my name and address on them..

Thanks guys.

On the assumption that your wife is in the UK on a two-year settlement visa, she can be a party to a Tax Credit application. It's OK to submit the letter from HMRC.

Scouse.
