Nakarin and the Military hospitals seem to be popular with the farang community here for child births. Had friends who have had babies at both and no complaints, one only 2 months ago.

We used Nakarin for the birth and had no complaints, but much more communication was in Thai than in English.

I live right next to Nakarin, always go there, always happy alwasy as out-patient though, however last year a friend of mine spent a week there and even though he spoke no Thai at all and was in tremedous pain (due to his own stubborness that he didn't need medical care and waited too long to finally go to the hospital) he spoke highly of the care he received and only had praise for the nurses.

"Come to the edge, He said. They said, "We are afraid." "Come to the edge," He said. They came. He pushed them... and they flew."
