My wife needs to get a tb test for her visa application does anyone know where we can do this ?

I would think any hospital is capable of performing a TB test. Maharaj (Suan Dok) comes to mind. Specialty Clinic 13th Floor.

Be careful with the TB test.

Do some research online before going to the hospital. It can show up Positive even though it is negitive.

I wanted shots / vaccinations against it and got so confused about the whole thing I gave up. Since its an infectious disease the last thing i wanted was to have a positive result on some computer somewhere. Perhaps its a chest x-ray they require, they are alot simpler.
