Farang Eating Places In Pratumthani ? Rangsit/ Nawanakorn/ Ayutthaya?

Anyone know of any farang eating places in Prathumthani ?

Or Rangsit

Or Nawanakorn?

Or Ayutthaya?

I am always floating between the four places and I am sure there are some farangs that have started restaurants and maybe guest houses that I could pop into and enjoy a western meal or maybe spend the night!

If you can provide phone numbers, addresses and the type of food they offer, that would be great!

Thanks for your replies in advance!!

You won't find much farang food in Ayutthaya.

Tik restaurant, on the Rajamangala premises does good pork steaks with salad or frieds and similar dishes.

There are a couple of other places around town that do steaks, but they're pretty tiny and not that great.

Then there are a couple of places on "Soi Farang" - the same Soi as Tony's Place, near the Ayothaya Hotel - that do backpacker type fare.

Then there's the usual KFC/MacDonalds/The Pizza Company/other fast food joins, located (i) near Amporn in the town centre, (ii) at Ayutthaya Park, and (iii) now (in the last month or so) at Big C.

Some of the more expensive hotels, such as Krung Sri River also have farang food menus ... at a price, and without much authenticity.

Chokchai Steakhouse right opposite of entrance to Muang Ake village and Muang Ake golf course, on Pahonyothin Rd. Most of the diners are Thai but there are steak, sausages, German pig's leg (I dunno how to call this dish it's "ขาหมูเยอรมัน" in Thai).

In Muang Ake, on the main street driving towards Muang Ake condo, there's a small restaurant called "Green Frog" owned by a couple and the chef is "farang". Sorry to use this controversial word here but I don't know his nationality. He does good stuff like sirloin steak, crab cake, beef roll with mexican sauce, chicken wings mexican style, etc. They recommend Fran for dessert but I haven't tried that. If you really go to Green Frog you will see right next door to it a steak restaurant called "Ta Boh" or ตะบอ just don't be lured by the big size and the cheap price because the steaks there are as hard as rubber.

There's also a 13 COINS restaurant at Future Park Rangsit, up near the SE-ED bookstore.  The 13 COINS chain originated in Seattle by a Thai guy who continuted the program here.

Also a Chok Chai STEAK BURGER outlet, sorta small, but usually OK eats.

Nari Pizza?  They moved from rigt in the middle of the middle of the mall to bit smaller place to the south, towards the

Isuzu dealership.

Thanks for all the suggestions. If there are any more, then by all means post!

I just had lunch at the Chok Chai Hamburger place in Future. Tasty mushrom burger and big steak fries. Had a nice time!
