There are now 2 airports in Bangkok, but I think they are both being giben the airport code BKK, even though they are on opposite sides of town.

Is this a mes at the moment?

On a domestic flight to bangkok with Air Asia, where should I expect to arrive?

Do staff regularly screw up on the appropriate airport code?

Air Asia fly into Swampy and not Don Muang. I'd suggest looking at a different carrier though as there are other better options available.

Nok Air uses DMK for Don Muang, and BKK for Suv.

Air Asia has only one late-afternoon flight now into Udon, vs. 3 a few years ago. Still, it's one too many. I dislike risking late and cancelled flights with them. (The worst was waiting 5 hours until a spare plane came from KL to service both Udon and Chiengmai in the same flight. That was awhile back, but I'll never forget it.)

ALL Air Asia flights to and from Bangkok operate out of Suvarnabhumi (BKK).

The code for Don Muang is DMK.

I think I've got this - but just to make sure:

I'm due in to BKK - Suvarnabhumi - 31 May. Are all the Air Asia domestics to Phuket from Suvarnabhumi?

The time I get in doesn't leave me enough time to get across town before the last flights go.

Yes, they fly out of Swampy.
