Thai Girlfriend To Us Questions

Featured Replies

hey everybody

love the forum

lots of great info

wanted to run something by yall

lets say, for the sake of argument,

i can get my Thai girlfriend to the us on a tourist or student visa,

or in a tour group from Thailand.

she gets into the US (just suppose),

we get married in the US

what do you think would happen

she must leave anyway?

anyone here tried this?

also, in the US, i live in texas,

i was thinking of trying to get her a Mexican travel visa.

the requirements seem much easier

anyone have experiance with Mexican visa from Thai?

not the US but at least we could be together

thanks for any help

I can't answer your questions but I can offer another angle to consider. If you've known your girlfriend long enough and if you could keep a straight face you could apply for a special kind of visa (I forget the exact name) which allows her come to the USA to get married there. Maybe its called a matrimonial visa but that doesn't seem right...fiance visa?? Anyway check out the USA embassy site and all the info is there. What happens if she comes and you decide to not get married after all?....I don't know.

good luck,

dugdig
