Howdy.

(Trying this again as I didn't state it very clearly last time)

My Thai wife is needing a police clearance check from Bangkok for Australian Spouse Visa.

She will be in Bangkok soon but her Tabien Baan is in Khon Kaen (long bus trip).

Question is, can she go to Police Station with a faxed copy of Tabien Baan or does she need the original?

Also, in form 47sp it asks where and how you first met, we met on Bang La Rd and I am wondering if I should put that or say instead a nearby coffee shop?

Thanks.

I believe that the original is required.

You need to be fairly specific about where you met, because that is one thing that they will look at and is usually thereabouts at the interview.

What you write is upto you but it needs to be honest and consistant to you both.

No you will not, If you are in Oz they can call you in for an interview to clarify an issue or concern, but it rarely happens.
