We filed for a i-130 for our daughter about a year and a half ago. Everything has been aproved and she should be getting her interview date in the next few weeks. She is 16 years old and not married but she had a baby about 6 months ago. What should she do?

I was told by one lawyer to just have her take the baby and birth records to the interview and they will just add the baby to her i-130.

I was told by another lawyer to say nothing at the interview and just get the visa and then have her come to the USA and get her green card. Then she can go back to Thailand and apply for a visa for her child. He said they might deny her visa or delay it with the child. Not sure if this a ploy to get added fees or not. But it seem if we go this way that it may take another year and a half.

Has any one experenced this before?
