I'm looking without success for an apartment in this area. Needs to be nice and modern and comfortable, near a skytrain station. What price am I looking at? Want to take 1st for 1 month and depending on contract to be looking to rent for 6 months to 1 year. Any help or ideas???

look at suan phlu soi 8... there are a couple of buildings there- one called villa maria (?) has big studios for about 8000b/mo.
