German-thai Dairy Farm: Anybody Been There ?

Featured Replies

In Nancy Chandler's latest edition she mentioned a dairy farm, near CMU, just opposite the entrance to CM zoo. has anybody been there or purchased anything from them ? if so, do they sell to private consumers ? small units or only in bulk ? what exactly do they produce ? before I go all the way up there myself, I would be glad to get some more informations..... thanks

I used to go there quite a while back - about ten years ago. They made some quite reasonable bratwurst, knackwurst etc. I changed my supplier to Gunter in Doi Saket when he arrived, but I thought those at Thai-German were quite good. They apparently had a German master butcher. They supplied wholesale and retail. Worth a try if you're out that way. The shop is on the right as you go through the gate.

wow ! now thats indeed a special kind of "dairy product" :o

I've heard a lot of people talk about the German guy in Doi Saket...apparently a really good place for beer as well. Can anyone also comment or provide info on it?
