Ointment For Skin Rash

A few years back I developed a skin rash. At the time my Thai friends took me on a trip to Ranong. They visited a private hospital for some alternative therapy treatment. While we were there I saw a green herbal ointment (made in Thailand) and it was suggested it might help my rash. I used it and the rash cleared up. Now the rash has returned. I'm in BKK, can't remember the name of the ointment (couldn't read Thai in those days) and I would like to get hold of some. Can anyone suggest what it might be called and where I can get it in BKK?
