Wanted For Rent Apartment/house In Rayong City

Requirements:

- min. 2 bedrooms

- Living room, kitchen, bathroom etc basics

- Fully furnished

- Air conditioned

- Possible to get decent internet connection

- Satellite or cable TV

- Location close to city centre/Sukhumvit

I'm willing to pay up to 20.000 baht / month depending on location, condition and equipment. Looking to rent for at least 6 months (starting August 2008, around 25th) with option to extend rental time.

Since availibility in city area is not so good, further locations can also be considered as long as there are good connections to the city (e.g. bus routes nearby). Also 2 bedrooms is not a must have, one bedroom + living room are considerable.
