Look under Visa's and Migration to other countries. What do u want to know?? :o I just got good news about my wife and she was given her visa on Nov 2. I applied for a Immigration visa and it took 2 yrs to be finally finished. Their is another visa a k-1 visa, It is called a Fiance visa. Your GF can come to the states but she has 90 days to marry if not then she goes back. You can also use it for a spouse, but she will be under Non-Immigrant status. You will have to do more paperwork to change her status.

That is why I had gotten an Immigration visa, I know it took longer but now she is legal to stay. She waits for her green card now. If you have any other questions just ask. I'll be happy to help you out.
