hi, my wife recently went to apply for a new passport at the RTE at London. I didn't go with her. They took her old passport (with visa) so now she has no passport and no visa. Wil they return the old passport with the new passport when it is ready?

It used to be fairly easy in bangna, just go to Central Bangna, fifth floor and there was the passport office in the car park. Then I came home from working in Angola and found it was gone, I guess they needed the space for cars ??.

I had already got my daughters passport but couldnt pick it up because I had to have the court papers detailing my sole custody. When I got these (thanks everyone who helped) I ended up going to the other end of BKK to Chaeng Wattana and picking it up there.

There is probably a closer place but they seem to have their act together there now.
