Sorry, I was trying to have a bit of a light hearted dig at @KhunLA because I know he's pretty much set up & self sufficient in his life here so doesn't need to bring as much money over as most so whilst tax might be no big deal to him I'd be looking at a 275K tax bill if I were to bring over the 1.8Million I spend each year (Until my pension started last month, none of my income had any tax credits that I could claim)... And that's before I buy a condo. However, the joke is on me as now I think about it, I think he lives Hua-Hin PKK way rather than Issan :) so
