According to Stickman Weekly, one of my favorite haunts is closed. I will drive by tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone nearby can confirm this sad news. Thank you.

Yes...been closed for a couple weeks now...both hotel and restaurant/bar. Scuttlebutt was the bldg. was sold for B 20M.

Yep, closed right at the start of August. Land'lady's son was working in the restaurant, and recommended the place when I said I wanted to find a place close (but not too close) to my place, to stick my dad in while he was here on holiday.

Came back a week later and it was closed up. New owners apparently, but no word on what they are planning on doing with the place.

Good riddance to one of the worst hotels in Pattaya.
