I would recommend avoiding this place..

I just bought an inkjet printer there 2 days ago, which didn't work at all, so tried to return it for a refund. They told me I couldn't get a refund even with the reciept just 2 days later.. There was not warning about this in writing or verbally to me.

So they proceeded to attempt to see if the printer worked, which it didn't... This went on for about 45 min. I was only able to exchange it for a new printer of the same model. They even charged me for an extra ink cartridge that They used to attempt to test the printer..

So, I thought I'd cut my losses and take the new printer.. only to arrive back home to find they have not given me the paper tray holders..

Great going guys! Talk about completely incompetent people working at Office Centre! They didn't even know how to change printer settings for glossy paper.

A sad scenario, not just here, but in other places around the world too..
