Best Plastic Surgeon For Ba, Tt, Bleph, And Chin?

Hi, I'm a Thai woman living in the US. I'm thinking to go back to visit my family in Bangkok and have 4 procedures done: redo current BA, MINI tummy tuck, upper & lower bleph, and chin augmentation.

I have gone through several threads but am still not sure which doctor is the best overall one who can do these procedures well. I want natural looking and feel especially for BA. My current implant size is 355cc anatomical textured partially under the muscles. They are too firm, and not natural feeling. I can feel implants and rippling. The textured surface causes them to stick to the chest and so not so bouncy.

I was told that I have a mild degree of capsular contracture. A doctor in Thailand told me over the phone that he would do completely under the muscle for me so I wouldn't feel any rippling, and to prevent capsular contractor.

Which doctor is good at this placement? I read it is not easy to do, and you have to go through transax only. My current incision is crease. I'm willing to have a new incision site. I just want best and most natural results, and maintain my current 32D or 34C bra size.

I am most concerned about the BA and Bleph procedures. I want the most skilled doctor to do the two procedures. The other two seem a little more straight forward especially because I have very small amound of loose skin on the lower tummy, and only the lower tummy muscles need to be tightened from pregnancies. Chin augmentation also seems pretty straight forward. I imagine if the doctor is skilled at BA and eyes, he should be good at chin aug, too.

So any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

I've heard about Dr. Poomee at Bumrungrad, Dr. Teerasit at Bumrungrad, Dr. Greechart at Yanhee (My mom was discouraging me from using Yanhee though. She said she had too many horror stories from that hospital. It's a hit and miss. True?). I also heard Dr. Preecha of PAI is good. His price is extremely high, but still 50% lower than the cost in the US. However his TT quote is actually higher than the quote I got from a doctor in the US, but the US doctor was quoting mini TT. I don't know if PAI was giving me a full TT quote or mini.

Thanks for your advice.

Hi Ponusa,

for facial procedures like face lift and blepharoplasties I would recommend Dr. Preecha. I have had these done with him with great results. And have seen other patients too who had the same procedure - all were fabulous. He is clearly better and more skilled than Dr. Poomee in that.

Dr. Poomee has a good reputation with breast surgery. I haven't had any breast surgery so I can't tell you from my own experience. Dr. Teerasit and Dr. Greechart seem to be good as well. Why don't you consult them when you are in Bkk (though there might be waiting lists). I would base a decision on the hospital depending on what doctor you choose. The doctor is what matters for the result, not the hospital.

Similarly, I have no experience regarding tummy tuck or chin augmentations. Tummy tuck and breasts are often done in one procedure. For chin augmentation you could also have some fillers injected (Dr. Somyos is good in that).

I have written you a PN as well.

Hope this helps,

shakun

Dear Shakun,

Thank you so much for your reply. It is very helpful. I appreciate your suggestion in your email that I ask the clinic in person about prices since the email quotes are more expensive. I will do that. I was hoping to be able to make arrangements for surgery before I get to Bangkok because I would have a very limited number of days I can stay in the country due to work schedule back in the US. I understand that if I have a tummy tuck, I need to remain in Thailand for 10 days after the operation. However, I think they were talking about a full tummy tuck, not the mini tummy tuck I asked about. The doctors in the US told me that mini tummy tuck doesn't take as long to recover.

I'm definitely consider Dr. Greechart, Dr. Poomee, and Dr. Preecha right now. I want to be able to talk to them personally on the phone to see if they could answer some questions for me first. I plant to take pictures of problem areas I want done, and see what they have to say. I plan to rely on my own research about doctors this time instead of relying on my sister's who based her opinion about Dr Somsak Kunachakr on her friend's results. Unfortunately I don't like my eyelid results from him. So my blephs need to be corrected. The lower lids' muscles are quite weak and pulled down a little causing dry eye.

Again thank you so much for your quick response. I will keep you posted on who I finally decided on and the results. Depending on the doctor's schedule, I might have my operations as early as next month. Otherwise, I will have to wait until January or February.

Thank you.

I have had excellent results with the Procedures you are interested in, all done by Dr Charan Mahatumarat who's credentials can be viewed on the Bumrungrad site-he has his own Private Clinic in Sukhumvit and cheaper than the Hospitals.
