Paint For Inside House

Featured Replies

Probably a simple question but I have just moved in to my house in Thailand and the interior needs painting

It is the normal concrete type house

Do I need to use just normal white emulsion or is there any kind of better alternatives

Cheers

normal interior will do ,beware of the cheapo tins ,you'll be giving lots of coats otherwise ,pay a little more for dulux or jotan ,these cover easier and use less paint ,in the long run it lasts longer.

Yep as already said get a good quality paint, Brand leaders here seem to be TOA and Jotun that's not to say the other houshold names such as Dulux and Nippon are not first class as well. Indoor acrylic paints are a little cheaper than outdoor paint.

Some nice textured finishes around now that you can apply with a roller or spray. Get the manufacturers color cards, you will be surprised at the range and have lots of fun choosing colors. Use an undercoat first, costs a little more but the finish is much better.
