Anybody know where you can 'officially' dump rubbish in Chiang Mai

Such things as old and broken blinds etc

I don't know the answer to this, but let's see if this post too goes the way of the unfortunate soul daring to inquire about (pharmaceutical) waste disposal. Signs of the times.
