Hi everyone done lots of searching hard to find info. Just wondering anyone have any experience with price of remodeling condo price, size 32sqm room with mid to low cost fittings. Any help would be great thanks

I have recently bought and totally renovated a similar sized condo. I replaced absolutely everything including floor tiles, ripped out bath and remodelled bathroom with shower stall, new air con unit, replaced kitchen location etc. etc. etc. I kept a log of what I spent and it totalled 220,000 baht plus furniture at 100,000 baht. Hope this helps.

Could you give me an idea of how long it took to do. In other words could you get people to do it when you wanted to.

I've done plenty refurb stuff and finding anyone reliable to do it in Pattaya is near as dam_n impossible.THat is both Farang and Thai.1 weeks work takes 3 months,standard of work shocking unless you stand and Supervise.Stressful time.
