I'm looking for a monthly rental on Lamai beginning mid January. Most likely will stay 3 or 4 months, but need the option of month to month. I don't need anything fancy, but hot water, fridge and TV would be desirable. Would also like to be within a 15 minute walk of The Spa and Sukasem Bungalows.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I contacted Sukasem bungalows directly, but they charge 800 a night or 24,000 a month for a bungalow and don't have long term rates. I was hoping to spend more like 10,000 a month. Is it possible? Thanks for any info!
