Cost will be just consultation fee (figure around 700 - 1000 baht a visit) and the meds. the costs of those vary depending on the drug used. The newer drugs are foreign imports and costly. If cost is a constraint discuss frankly with the doctor what the costs and advabtages/disadvantages of various drug regimens are.

If seriously short of cash, Siriraj Hospital (government hospital) has a specialized clinic for patients with movement disorders like Parkinsons (which Dr. Apichart heads) , but waits will be long and the bureaucracy a bit daunting if you don't speak Thai.
