Fencing In Bangkok

Does anyone know of any fencing clubs or classes in Bangkok? I used to fence years ago, thought I might take it up again if there are any clubs.

I haven't seen anything .. I fenced saber and epee in college, but an ankle made from surgical stainless steel put a definite end to that some years ago!

Sorry to hear that, jdinasia. Hope it wasn't a fencing accident I did foil and epee, am hoping there's something going on in Bangkok.

This may take some research on your part but if you a interested you may be able to track them down. Last year at Ruamrudee International School in Minburi they were offering fencing lessons to interested students after school. The lessons were given by a couple of Euro guys. So I think if you contact the school and enquire about the fencing lessons you may be able to locate them. Good luck.

For that matter, I will be moving to Pattaya shortly and would be interested in even practicing informally. An Achilles tendon injury limits my Kendo. I am Shodan in Kendo, have practiced Iaido, and have fenced for many years. I prefer epee and saber.
