I suspect that what they are talking about when they say no more visa runs is no trips to a consulate for a visa. They will help you get a one year multiple entry non-b. You would still have to do border runs every 90 days.

Also they fail to mention all the other costs of setting up a business.

Looks like they are offering to get you a retirement or marriage extension for the 7900bht.

Thats 6k bht more than if you do the paperwork yourself at your local immigration office.

As for the multi entry it's very easy to DIY if you go to Birmingham, Hull or Cardiff consulates and costs a good deal less than the fee they are quoting.

The cost of the Visa would be on top of their fee.

don't fall into this trap, this is just catching the eye.

as said preivously, they forget a lot of things, company registration at 2229 bath lmao btw the same lie advertisement was present a year ago on a phuket website.

how i understand it on ther website 7900 bath is there fee... so you have to pay for the visa your self and so on.

So eny good ides on how i can get a legit visa 1 year ? no sending my passport on holydays and stuff like that.

and if i whant to learn thai at a school in chang mai 4 h a week so i can get a 1 year student visa. dos that realy cost me 28 k ?

they way i lock at it. just in visas and visa runs i speand about 26k a year.

26k is not the problem but the time it takes and i realy hate it.

My experience with Thailand and the government organizations is that NOBODY CARES if the STORY IS TRUE, AS LONG AS THEY HAVE PAERWORK with all the right details TO COVER THIER ASS.

If you get your visa issued as noted above, your runs to the border would be every 90 days.

If you get your visa extended as noted above, it would indeed mean the end of visa runs which is what you want. You'd have to report every 90 days instead of leaving the country.

If you go this route, you may be stuck using the same law firm to renew... but to solve your problem, isn't that worth a little inconvenience.

Yes, you can get a visa without them. If you go to school, it's likely that you'll get a visa and only have to leave every 90 days. The choice is yours.

Yep. And if you qualified under any of the above , you could have easily have done it yourself.

What's the age of 55 have to do with anything? I hope that wasn't in reference to a retirement visa. I will be 50 next year and was going to use a retirement visa as a back-up to my Non-Imm B ever being canceled.

50 is still the age requirement for retirement visa's isn't it?

Martian

ye sorry its 50 :o

so no body got a ide on how i can get a one year visa ?

Some Thai consulates, eg in the UK, issue a multiple-entry non-O visa to visit friends in Thailand but with this visa you still would have to do a border run every 90 days. Since you don’t want to any border runs or visa runs, as you call them, your only solution seems to be a non-ED visa, eg for the study of Thai, which would then let you apply at your local immigration office for extensions of stay of 90 days at a time.
