Looking to find a store that has black velcro with sticky backing, some black backpack type webing and a thai person who can sew this type of materials.

also

Needing a video projector I could hook to my laptop, for powerpoint presentation.

Try the Hotwave wetsuit store just on the road to the Chalong Pier. Not sure what side, I think left side (used to be right side).

I had a lap top cover made from Neoprene before with lots of velcro.

Also they make bags and accessories with that nylon webbing type of material. Also fix BCD's using similar materials.

Also, Octopus wetsuits on Chaofa East is supposed do the same but cheaper. never used them but was happy with Hotwave. However I will try Octopus Wetsuites next time as I heard good things about them and I do need some repairs on my BCD.

Octopus is not to far but I think someone else can give you better directions or search on google.

Rolly Tasker Sail maker has a factory near the new Honda show room and new Shell station on the way from Chalong to Central. I saw some black velcro there the other day.
