Can anyone confirm any building fires last night? We could see 1 with a lot of flames near Pattaya Thai and another looked like out near Sukumvit, but find no mention on any news sources.

Thanks, but that is not the one, this one raged for a long time, high flames around 11-midnight, second was was even later

There was definatley something going on, because the owner of the Cafe at front of our place asked me this morning if I knew what all the fire engines and ambulances where rushing to at 3am this morning..I was asleep and didn't hear them.

off course all the online news sites are on holiday so nothing on them.

Heard from a friend that there was a fire at a shop on walking street.Strange that there are so much fires in the past days.Might have some more due to the economic situation.

Seems there was a fire at a furniture wharehouse ( Sukhumvit ? ) this was mentioned on cable tv news last night.

and also a fire at the PTT petrol station on Tepprasit road.
