Error Code Help

Featured Replies

Dear Friends,

I just downloaded the Aiseesoft DVD to FLV Converter, after hearing positive things about it (yes its licenced).

As I start to convert a DVD, i immediately get an error message: Aiseesoft DVD to FLV Converter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The funny thing is, if i don't click on the error report, it appears that the file starts converting lol.

The Error Signature being reported looks like this:

EventType : BEX P1 : P2 : 0.0.0.0 P3 : 00000000 P4 : unknown

P5 : 0.0.0.0 P6 : 00000000 P7 : 00000000 P8 : c0000409

P9 : 00000000

I contacted the Support email address provided, but I was wondering if any of you technodudes, had an insight into this problem?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Joe

I suggest to search the Microsoft Web site for that error code. To me it looks like the error might result from VB (Visual Basic) and/or their .NET framework.

Ty to add your application to the DEP list (Data Execution Prevention). It might solve you're problem.

Click on MY COMPUTER - right click Properties -> Advances -> Performance -> Data Execution Prevention

Mark "Turn on DEP for all Programs..." and set the application which generates that error on that list.

Give it a try and as I said, it might solve your issue but not sure it will.
