Sorry for the question without any text.

But i wonder if some one know the best way

to go from airport to ban chang, taxi, bus etc.

And also what the price shoulld be.

thanks

Peter

taxi service outside airport is convenient and easy - door to door

probably about 2,000 baht

if you go to the bus stop there is a yellow bus service from the airport to pattaya every few hours and is cheap-- won't be more than 200 baht

from pattaya a bus on sukhumvit junction with klang to ban chang is 1 hr and 50 baht

i haven't done this for a long time so can't be clear - sorry

the bus service is advertised every week in either the pattaya mail or people in the community ad section

by the way a normal taxi is 800B from pattaya to suv airport

there are kiosks on the street- 2nd road

and in jomtien beach road

but what these do is simply flag down a taxi that has just dropped someone off from the airport to a hotel and give them a customer ( you) to take back and pick up another 'easy' 500B- the kiosk people keep 300B- remember these drivers have already been paid once for the journey down so this is a bonus

as the drivers know about this they often come to the kiosks anyway and hangaround waiting for a new customer for the return leg so you won't often see the flagging down yourself-

anyhow it tells you for the return leg you could flag down a bangkok taxi yourself ( one that's just dropped off their customer and had a bite to eat) and offer them 500 to take you up and if your lucky they'll be happy to do it

all depends on your priority-convenience or cost
