Well, would you rather they tried to sell using the "be grouchy and constipated" strategy? What's your point? That they shouldn't be happy? There are worse things going on at the malls. For example, there are groups of men that seem to be physically challenged and cannot tinkle into the urinals. They are leaving behind big puddles. I think a campaign needs to be mounted that says Please aim for the bowl.
