Animal Welfare Group In Bangkok?

Is there a law in Thailand against cruelty to animals? Is there dogfighting in Bangkok? I'm just concerned that there might be one in the area where I live due to things going on very late at night. I could be wrong though. I really hope I am. But if there's some illegal dog business going on here, I'd like to report it to some animal welfare group so they could investigate. In the Philippines, they have what's called the Philippine Animal Welfare Society. And of course, PETA

Hi Lovebug, im sure these folks would be able to point you in the right direction - SCAD - Tel +66 (0) 22713 3354. They run animal shelters in Bangkok. I myself also hate to hear about any form of animal cruelty.
